Refund Policy

Refund Conditions
The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use or damage. The invoice or proof of purchase must be present at the time of request.


Request Process
Contact us by email and provide the following information:

Full name and contact details; Order number or purchase reference; Reason for the return; Photographs of the product, in case of defects;

Wait for confirmation from Passion Project with instructions for sending the product. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Product Condition
Returned products must meet the following requirements:

They must be intact and unused, except in the case of proven defect or damage. They must be returned in the original packaging, with all labels, manuals and included at the time of purchase. Products showing signs of use or damaged due to mishandling may be refused for a refund.


Return Cost
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Products that do not meet the refund criteria will be returned to the customer and the cost of this return will be their responsibility.


Methods and Timelines
The refund will be processed using the original payment method. The customer may opt for store credit for future purchases. The processing time for the refund will be 7 to 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
