Orders
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We work with reliable carriers to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Time
Portugal: 3-5 business days
Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5-10 business days
International: 7-14 business days (varying by country)
Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
International Deliveries (Traking)
We ship to various countries. However, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxe at the destination. Delivery times may vary due to local customs processes.
Problems with Deliveries
If the order arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the packaging and the product. If there are delays or issues with the shipment, we will do our best to resolve the situation with the carrier.
Shipping Address Changes
Address changes must be request before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, changes may incur additional costs.
Products not Delivery
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
