Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5-10 business days
International: 7-14 business days (varying by country)
Guarantees
Passion Project products have a legal warrantly of 2 years, in accordance with Portuguese law, covering manufacturing or material defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by improper use, natural wear, incorrect maintenance or cleaning. To claim the warrantly, the customer must contact us at customerservice@passionproject.pt, providing a description of the problem, photos of the product, and proof of purchase. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. The warrantly does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
Paymente
At Passion Project, we accept payments by credit card, for which you must provide the card details, which we consider secure in our services. When making an online payment via PayPal, you are redirected to a secure/encrypted page on the payment provider´s portal.
